I do dips liek this : my hands on my bed and my feet on the ground like a metre or a lil bit more away from my hands, then i dip like as far as i can and repeat
will putting my feet ontop of something to elevate where they are do the trick?

    get a belt that you can add weights to, most gyms have them. They look like belts that you use for squats but there is a chain attached to it that you can loop through plates of weight.
    I use this all the time for pull ups and dips. If you can’t find a belt for this then hold a dumbell between your feet or knees when you do this exercise.
