regularly iam on shifts duties working for service oriented industry,so how come i increase weight,suggest

    As long as you have well balanced food and rest properly you will surely gain weight. Shift duties may not have an impact if you follow a strict regime

    in morning hot Glass of water with lemon and salt little bit salty and than eat some fruit sailet and another half an hour do yoga alomvilom and kapalbhati after you must ready to go your office and don’t forget your lunch.
    in lunch you take 2 parantha’s or some kind of vegetable and 1 glass juice you can’t drink tea and coffee in day in evening you must be drink sikngi also
    in dinner you take some fat-tie food like non veg also but be care full about don’t eat full of your toung
    in night you must drink 2 glass of water with mint and lemon

    Evaluate what you are eating and times you are eating. When I worked shift work, I was eating on the evening shift and grave yard shift during hours I would normally be sleep or not eating at those times. When working these shifts I suggests on your dinner break “evening shift only” eat your dinner and try a healthy snack & drink on your break. On the over night shift eat (only healthy snacks & low calorie drinks). This is what I had to do inorder to stop putting on weight. Shift work is stress work. Stay Blessed and apply yourself. I have faith in you, YOU can do this. Good Luck!!!
