    You can try Ensure or one of the other meal supplements that are high in calories and often given to people who are underweight or don’t care to eat. They are a beverage and a healthy way to boost calorie intake for someone who needs it. Otherwise, speak to your doctor about appropriate options.
    If you don’t want to eat more (quantity) food…or higher calorie food, you’ve pretty much limited the ways you can gain weight. You have to consume more calories than you burn…increasing the quantity or total calories of what you do consume, are the only ways to do that without medical intervention.

    You need to correct cell metabolism to balance weight. If cell metabolism is slower, fat gets retained. There are three ways to do this;
    1) breathe rhythmically (exhalation time = inhalation time)
    2) eat after sunset (a sort of cheat really, not something you should do in the long term)
    3) drink lots of clean fresh water – this keeps the system clean so the chance of it balancing weight and water levels increases
