i m eating 4 eggs a day to increase weight , will this affect my health any how?

Ok there are a few things you can do. First of all eat more energy than you use. make sure you have a balanced diet so a mix of everything but have things high in fat as well. Its proberbly hard for you as you have a high matabalsm.
If you already work out or do regular excersise you may be overtraining so take that easy. Carbohydrates are slow reliece energy I doubt they will add to your weight much but they are awsome if oyu need the energy.
Make sure that you eat as much as you can on every meal. And eat when your hungry. This will enlarge your stomach enabling you to take in more energy. Also start working out. If you start getting fat don’ty worry its easy to turn fat to muscle.
Be carefull not to overtrain and eat a balance. If you only eat rotein it will be negative. i would strongly advise contacting a nutritionist and perhaps getting a personal instructor at a gym but its most proberbly your diet.
eat alot of carbs
eg: bread, cereals, oats etc
but it also depends on your physical exercise too

micky’ds is ok in a pinch,,, there buns are all processed and refined flour…
