Is it ok to go with the same weight and increase the number of reps as we go further.. or increase weight? how much is the difference between the two in terms of results?

keep weights and reps the same = stay at your current fitness level
increase weight = grow muscles, increase strength
increase reps = increase endurance, receive cardio-like benefits
What do you want to accomplish?
I would generally say to increase the weight if you’re hitting more than 10-12 reps per set.
Depends on your goals…look at Jim J’s equations. they are right on target as to what results you will get vis a vis reps and weight.
