Well, if you don’t workout yet, start doing it. It is possible to gain a few kilos or even 4-5 for some people when they start going to gym and eat good, later on it is possible to gain 1 kg of muscle each month anything more is fat.

hav a good breakfast & lunch.. weight gain is high when you have a heavy dinner.. eat snacks 2times a day.. eggs,tomatoes,junk foods.. increasin weight is very simple.. there are no restrictions.. eat everything you like.. eat eat eat and naturally your weight will increase.. You first increase your weight and then goto gym.. Coz in gym you may burn lot of calories.. You need calories to put on weight.. All d best mate.
