I’ve been lifting weights for about a month now, and I lift about 20 pound dumbbells, 3 sets of 20 repetitions. I do this, and some more lifting, about once a week because other days i’m exercising on something else…
I’ve never thought about increasing weight until now. Should I increase weight based on the amount of reps I do, or what? How many reps and sets should I do, to gain muscle mass and get biceps stronger? Also, is one time a week for biceps, forearms, and chest all right? Because like I said, i use other days for other exercising and don’t want to overdo the lifting.
