Everytime I add cardio to my weightlifting routine I burn out. I have a mesoendomorphic bodytype and I need to shed some bodyfat. Anyone have any good cardio routines they’ve added onto their weight training?
I’ve got a fast metabolism so no matter how much i eat i’ll always be skinny, but i think there are still some ways to put on weight even with a fast metabolism but i dont know them, can anyone help?

Lets say i am 145 lbs and increase my weight to around 155 by doing pushups everyday and going to the gym and eating a lot. In order to get to 165, do i need to INCREASE the difficulty of my work out and increase food intake to gain weight?
and after 165 do i need to increase again to get to 175 and so on?
I just started weight training. I’m already doing cardio. I want to tone and really sculpt muscle. I am female, so I don’t mean like freakishly big muscles, but I’ve not worked out regularly for the past two years. Should I increase the weights every week. I go to the gym three times a week, or should I just up the weights when It starts to become easier to lift them.
