If a person eats 200kcal above his daily energy requirement, by how much might his weight increase over one year?

Lets say i am 145 lbs and increase my weight to around 155 by doing pushups everyday and going to the gym and eating a lot. In order to get to 165, do i need to INCREASE the difficulty of my work out and increase food intake to gain weight?
and after 165 do i need to increase again to get to 175 and so on?
