I’m a mesomorphic which means i build muscle easier then the avg. person. Very stocky frame and i look a lot stronger than i am to give you an idea.
But in general how often should a person increase their reps when they bench press? And how often should a person add weight to their bench press?

As in, switch up the exercises I do. It varies a little, but for the most part I do the exact same exercises every time I lift.
And when I do switch, just a few exercises, or most?

I have increased as little as 5lbs and as much 20lbs but would like to know what a logical progression is.

hi im 15 nearly 16 and i weigh 10 stone and 4lbs. i currently am lifting 16lbs dumbbells (each weigh 16lbs) and am looking to build a lot of mass. when should i increase the weight of my dumbbells and by how much?
