How do I break it up into body part work outs and days. How many days a week should i work out a muscle.
As in, switch up the exercises I do. It varies a little, but for the most part I do the exact same exercises every time I lift.
And when I do switch, just a few exercises, or most?
Everytime I add cardio to my weightlifting routine I burn out. I have a mesoendomorphic bodytype and I need to shed some bodyfat. Anyone have any good cardio routines they’ve added onto their weight training?
Can someone who is anemic Have a weightlifting workout routine with out complications?
Or do some tests have to be ran before they can workout?
I have increased as little as 5lbs and as much 20lbs but would like to know what a logical progression is.
I am obese.
I am on a good diet (lots of water and veggies) and have started working out 3-4 times a week. I am thinking of taking a diet pill additionally to these two things to increase my weight loss. Would it work?
