I am aware that during workouts your BP is elevated…but if you want to lower your bp…can you do weightlifting to lower it or does that not work? Is cardio the only thing that works?

I am starting weightlifting and I wanna know shud I do a few sets of everything each day or focus on 1 are each day and rotate? Also how many times a week is good and the spacing between the days would be nice.
