In this article series, I will reveal to you some of the methods that I used to help a girl to lose 60 pounds in only 20 weeks without exercise

You might be skeptical of if that last sentence is true, but I promise you that it is true. She really did lose that much.

Starvation, exercise, diet pills? You might be thinking? None of these things. I explained to her that the reason she had gained so much weight was because she was simply eating the wrong foods on a regular basis.

You see, I have been studying health for a long time now, and I have found that many health problems, including being overweight, is caused from eating the improper diet.

If you want to lose weight fast, and as easy as possible, then start out by following these weight loss tips I will be presenting. You will start to not only lose weight, but you will also feel better in your overall health as well.

In this series of articles you will learn how you can change your diet, so that the fat on your body will easily come off without strenuous exercise, and it is possible to lose most of the excess fat on your body without any exercise what so ever.

It’s not that exercise is not good for you, it’s just that it is not a requirement to lose weight. However, if you did incorporate a little physical activity into your week, you will have even quicker results.

If you are heavily overweight, I recommend losing the majority of your excess fat first, because exercise is slightly damaging, so you need to be on the proper diet that will put you into healing mode, before you start an exercise program.

You can really wear yourself out quick if you go about an exercise program in the wrong way.

I will reveal to you the way that I helped my friend to lose 80 pounds of weight. (She lost the first 60 pounds in 20 weeks.)

If she can do it, then you can do it. If you follow the same steps as she did, then you should see similar results. Just about anything that anyone else has ever done, you can do the same thing, if you follow the steps as they did.

Learn from other people’s mistakes, and don’t try and reinvent the wheel. (Unless you have a lot of extra time on your hands.)

Some of the things that I will be gong over in this article series that you will need to do to lose weight without exercise are:

Alkalize your body by eating more alkaline forming foods, and cutting back on foods that make you acidic.

Cut down or eliminate refined foods, and other foods that clog you down.

Start combining your foods into digestively compatible food combinations.

Get natural sunlight on your skin periodically.

Hydrate your body with pure water.

Detoxify your body and fat cells.

Oxygenate your body with deep breathing, or light exercise.

Eat more fiber from good sources like raw carrots, lettuces, and other neutral vegetables. (Note: not all fiber is not created equal)

Include healthier types of oils like extra virgin olive oil into your diet.

Gradually shrink you stomach.

Keep a detailed food journal. Notice the way that what you eat affects your health, weight, and moods.

Realize the difference between true hunger, if you are just thirsty, if you are just bored and are eating for entertainment purposes, or eating just because someone wants you to (peer pressure) at a social gathering.

Don’t be overwhelmed at the list above, as it is not as big of a list as it seems like at first, and I will go into detail about how to go about each step.

The steps are not meant to be done in order, but to gradually do all of them at the same time, but at your own pace.

If you want to achieve your results as fast as possible, You will want to spend as much time as you can learning how to, and implementing the steps I have outlined above. Just like anything in life, you have to develop a deep desire to accomplish your goals.

Don’t focus on the things you will have to go through to reach your goal, focus more on the benefits you will enjoy once you are successful. Your life is what you focus on.

Is it Better without health Insurance? 

We always complaint about the cost of Health Insurance and we would like an explanation about it. Why is it that when you have health insurance you end up paying more than when you do not have it? Yes! You pay more with health Insurance than with out it. There are some serious things to fix in this system. 

If you decide to buy your insurance from big companies like Blue Cross or Humana, the cost of your health insurance will be, depending on your circumstances (age, weight, etc), a big part of your salary. The cost of the plans that the insurance companies offer will push you to adjust the rate with an increasing deductible because, the higher the deductible the lower the monthly premium. For instance $2500.00. which has to be met before any amount be paid from the insurance company. 

If you happen to get sick or end up in the hospital, in many instances, you will end up paying more than others without health insurance. Why do I say this? Because, if your treatment costs $2000.00., the hospital will ask you for that amount and in top of that you have to be up to date with your insurance payments. If the fiscal year of the health insurance is about to end, the $2500.00 will have to be cover again the following year to be able to utilize the health insurance policy. In other words you are making your insurance payments but you had to pay the full amount of the cost of your treatment. 

How about if you did not have any health insurance when you go to the hospital? Well, the hospital or doctor will give you a “non-insured rate” which could be less than half of what corresponds to an insured individual. In other words, if you have insurance you pay $2000.00 but if you do not have any insurance you may pay $800.00. 

A specific scenario: If you pay $300.00 per month for your health insurance and you end up using it once in the year on an emergency room situation and you had to pay $2000.00 for the treatment, that particular year your expense will be $5600.00. $3600.00 on insurance fees and $2000.00 for the treatment (plus prescription drugs) and the full amount has to be covered by you. But, if you did not have any health insurance coverage, you may end up paying a total of $800.00 for that year. 

Major health insurance may be a good thing to have for expenses over $10000.00 but, of course, you can not get health insurance with a preexisting condition covered from the beginning of the policy. In other words, if you know that you are going to be expending a big amount in hospital fees soon, it will be very difficult to get approved for coverage. If you just want to go to the doctor to get a regular check up, for a cold or small diagnostics and you use your insurance to work towards the deductible, you have a though decision to make. Will I pay $60.00 by telling them that I have no health insurance or should I pay $160.00 and use that money to cover part of my deductible? 

Hospitals and health care providers charge more to insured people because they may want to make up for the money lost to patients that have no coverage but, why should people that get health insurance coverage and make their monthly premiums pay for the ones that don’t?. This bring me to the question, is it better no to have major health coverage? Should I let others pay for my insurance expenses? The problem is, to me, that when there is an adjustment made by the governmental insurance regulation departments, is always done in a way that will make people expend more money in doctor fees or insurance coverage. 

We need to do something about our health care system because more and more people will soon start seen that it is, in some instances, better no to have health insurance coverage. Money is lost by hospitals and health care providers but more money is lost by health insurance holders. The promise from the government has been that something is going to be done. We can not sit down and wait anymore. 

There are many good insurance plans but most of them are tailored for families with high income or, if you are part of the low income population, you may get help from government programs. If you want to get major health insurance and you are part of the middle class, I doubt you can afford it

I’m a 20 years old man, but I’m so slim, I’m 178 cm and 60 kilograms. I want to know how can I increase my weight? Is there any natural ways to get more kilograms? Eating didn’t solve the problem! I want to go to gym but I want to get more kilograms first, before starting to build muscles.

So i had decent boobs (big A, small B) and i just recently lost 15 lbs…and my boobs went with them. :( I was wondering if there was anyway to increase my bust size without re-gaining the weight or going through surgery? I don’t want huge breasts, what i had before was fine. Any ideas?

I work out daily and have put on a stone in a month using protein shakes and a reasonably healthy diet. I have put on muscle mass but can notice a slight increase in fat around the bottom of my stomach and my face. I want to get rid of the fat but maintain the muscle mass, or even increase it! What sort of diet and what specific types of training should i be doing and for how long each day?

Im 16 and i’ve been dieting for about 3 months now and i lost the weight that i wanted to. I’ve only been taking in about 1800 calories and ive been burning off about 900 through intense exercise each day. Im guessing that the dedicate in calories each day has slowed my metabolism and now I want to keep exercising the way i have been but start staying the same weight so how can I eat more and increase my metabolism without gaining weight.

change WHAT you eat. not HOW MUCH. More protein, fat, high in calories- good cal. not junk food cal. more nuts like almonds. bananas. whole grains.
increase your muscle mass.

I need exercises to do to lose weight aside from running and swimming, without doing any weightlifting. I can’t use my right wrist/forearm due to injury. But I want to lose a significant amount of weight. I’m already running, but I’m hitting a plateau and I hate swimming. The more creative the better, because running is boring.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
