I don’t mean like a whole pound or anything. But if farts are lighter than air, when it is inside of you wouldn’t it provide a bit of lift like a helium balloon? So when the fart leaves your body wouldn’t that absence of the microscopic amount of lift increase your weight by a tiny fraction?

As in, switch up the exercises I do. It varies a little, but for the most part I do the exact same exercises every time I lift.
And when I do switch, just a few exercises, or most?

I usually do atleast 45-60 minutes of cardio and then I do weights. Would I benefit more if I did it the other way around? I am trying to lose the extra weight like maybe 20 pounds that is so difficult to get rid of on my arms legs butt stomach. I would like it if someone had any more tips, thanks!!

Hi I’m a 15 year old male
I’m 5’10″ tall and I weigh about 130lbs (I’m thin)
My penis is 5.5in long
My penis is 4.0in around
Just curious if I gained weight would it reflect in my penis length or girth? I know my penis is average size but I like many other teens would like it bigger.

I work out daily and have put on a stone in a month using protein shakes and a reasonably healthy diet. I have put on muscle mass but can notice a slight increase in fat around the bottom of my stomach and my face. I want to get rid of the fat but maintain the muscle mass, or even increase it! What sort of diet and what specific types of training should i be doing and for how long each day?
